What to include

Say what you were doing, which screen you were on and roughly when. If something failed, the exact message helps. Vanta answers from the same address.

Access

Vanta is an invite-only beta. Request access at app.vantaintel.ai; members are admitted in small groups, and a member's invite code admits you at once. A password reset starts from the sign-in screen.

Plans

Plans are Free, Pro, Company and Enterprise, as listed on the pricing section. Until billing is live every plan change goes through support: use the request button on the PLAN tab of your account, or write in. Founding members — the first 100 admitted — keep Pro through March 31, 2027.

Your data

The Privacy Policy describes what Vanta collects and your choices. To export or correct your information, write in. To delete your account, use SETTINGS › DELETE ACCOUNT inside the app; the deletion runs across everything you created and a confirmation is mailed when it completes.

Security

If you believe you have found a security issue, write to support@vantaintel.ai with "Security" in the subject and do not post it publicly. Vanta acknowledges reports and keeps you informed.
